Itinerary

Day 1:
During the day: Welcome at the airport (in different flight if necessary). And transfers to LA DEHESA B&B / 7pm: Dinner for who arrived before 6pm.

Day 2:
7:30am:Breakfast / 9:30am: Departure to MANU Center Lodge. In te way we'll stop in Braulio Carrillo National Park, one of the largest parks i the country, shares by three provinces: Heredia, Cartago and Limón / 11am: Arrival to MANU check in and welcome speech / 12:30pm: Lunch / 2:30pm: Speech about Organic products of the Atlantic /6:30pm: Dinner and night free.

Day 3:
7am: Breakfast / Walk to the water-bearing / 12:30: Lunch / 2:30pm: Visit Las Cusingas to talk about medical plants /
:pm: Dinner and Live music.

Day 4:
7am: Breakfast / 7:30am: Departure to Cariari, visiting a couple of integral organic farms in the area / 12:30pm: Lunch in a farm / 2pm: Visit to properties dedicatd to Natural Medicine / Return to MANU / 6:30pm: Dinner and folkloric dances.

Day 5:
7am: Breakfast and day in MANU: speeches about organic production / 12:30pm: Lunch / 2:30pm:speeches about organic production / 6:30: Dinner / Tropical music (salsa, cumbia, merengue)

Day 6:
6am: Breakfast / 7am: Departure to Sarapiquí area / 8:20am: Rafting tour / 12pm: Lunch / after lunch you'll have a speech about those products / 4pm: Return to MANU / 6:30pm: Dinner.

Day 7:
6:20am: Breakfast / 7:10am: Departure to EARTH / 8am: Visit the EARTH Sustainable Practices Tour / 12:30pm: Lunch in the EARTH / 2pm: Go to Cahuita area / Lodging in Casa Calateas Lodge / 6:30pm: Dinner.

Day 8:
5:30am: Sunrise walk in the paths of Casa Calateas / 7:30am: Breakfast / 9am: Go to Cahuita National Park / 12:30pm: Lunch and free afternoon / 3:45pm: Return to Casa Calateas / 6:30pm: Dinner / Reggae night in Puerto Viejo.

Day 9:
Day Free: everyone can do optional tours like: snorkeling, dolphin tours, bird watching, go shopping handcrafts. Meals in Casa Calateas are included / they can prepare you a box lunch.

Day 10:
6am: Breakfast / 7am: Departure to Hone Creek to visit the ACAPRO organic banana plantations / Lunch include in this place / 2:30pm: Departure to Kekoldi / 5pm: After 40 minutes to a soft hike, arrival to Kekoldi / 6:30pm: Dinner.

Day 11:
Day in Kekoldi: cultural day learning about handcrafts, traditions and other activities in the community.

Day 12:
6:30am: Breakfast / / 7:30am: Hike to visit the Iguana and Birds Project in Kekoldi / 11am: Departure to Gandoca-Manzanillo Refuge / Lunch in Manzanillo and speech about the co-management to the refuge / Lodging in Anzania Bungalous in Cocles Beach.

Day 13:
Day free / Lunch by your own / 7:30pm: Last night Caribbean dinner.

Day 14:
7:30am: Breakfast / 9am: Departure to Heredia / 1pm: Lunch in the way / Lodging in La DEHESA B&B / 7pm: Dinner and party in La Puerta de Alcalá.

Day 15:
Breakfast / Transfer to the airport.
